Thank you for choosing Karina Bittencourt Photographer for your photography needs. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your session.

Booking & Payment

• A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.
• Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session unless other arrangements are made.
• Payments can be made via credit card.

Session Details

• Sessions are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
• We aim to shoot in natural light and outdoor locations to capture authentic moments.
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours notice without losing your retainer.

Deliverables

• You will receive 30 to 50 professionally edited, high-resolution images in a private online gallery.
• Gallery access is provided for 3 months from delivery date.
• Print rights are included for personal use only; commercial use requires separate licensing.

Cancellation & Refunds

• The $100 retainer is non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule within the season.
• If Karina must cancel due to illness or extreme weather, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Liability

Clients participate in sessions at their own risk. Karina Bittencourt Photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the session.
